About Me
William Tatarynowicz is an interdisciplinary artist working in photography, poetry and theater. He speaks little, and knows less. All of his art is merely the work of a spectator assuming different bodies in an attempt to understand the world that he has spent so long observing.
Nothing is horrific, it is all merely a breath. Creation for him, is as much a necessity as breathing. It is automatic. For him, every inhale is creation, every exhale is annihilation. In short, each piece is an entire life filtered through the prism, the medium, the artist, and cast upon the page or screen.
It must be said that he operates under different names for different mediums, he was born a medium, one could say. For photography, he goes by Henry Tatarin. For writing, he goes by Hermes Heldmann.
